Properties
In the dashboard, under Properties › Sync. For brokers and agencies.
- Sync with your CRMPaste the link your system already generates for the property portals. The portfolio updates itself every 6 hours: new listings come in, changes are applied and whatever left your CRM goes offline 36 hours later — a half-cut file does not take your portfolio down.

When your system needs to talk to ImobyFlow both ways: properties and clients going back and forth, Radar opportunities and partnerships inside your CRM, and a notice right away on every change.
Developers: your sales CRM receives the clients that brokers register for your launches and follows each registration.
- For agencies from 2,000 properties and for every developer plan.
- No extra cost: the API comes with the plan. Access is granted account by account and requires an active subscription — and it already works during the 15-day trial.
- The account owner requests it in the dashboard, under My account › API integration.
